Log in to the CMC Patient Portal with your user id or hospital number. Click here to visit CMC patient portal for CMC patient login. Click or tap on ‘Appointment’ at home page. As shown in the screenshot below.
After login, you will be landed to the home page of the Patient Portals with three options, Appointment, Payments and Services. Now click on Appointments menu then tap on Appointment Date Change sub-menu to change the date of appointment. The screenshot below will indicate you the exact point to click.
Thereafter, you can find the page displaying a list of all appointments you have booked. Now you can select the appointment that you want to change and click on the respective calendar icon on ‘Change Date‘ column.

After that, a pop-up window will appear to say “You are allowed a date change upto a maximum of 7 times. Do you want to change appointment date?” alongwith two options Yes and No.
You should choose the option ‘Yes’ to avail the appointment date change facility in CMC Vellore and click ‘Yes’. While you clicking yes another pop-up window will appear with the available dates of that doctor booking.
CMC Appointment Date Change Online
In this step, you need to select another date for the appointment. Moreover, you have to confirm the date in a pop-up message. Besides, you will receive an OTP in your registered mobile number or email id as per your option exercised. You have to enter that OTP to complete the process of changing the appointment date.
Finally, you will receive the message “Appointment Date changed successfully”. At last, you can take a print out of the booking receipt with the heading “Appointment Date Change -Online“.
